Had my first chance to use Draxus Gold last weekend at HITW
Strengths- Bright thick orange fill that you can't wipe it just spreads, it is so good that I could see every shot I made on the air ball bunkers. The shell is brittle and will always break on impact. Gold did shoot well and was very accurate when used with a 685 freak insert and 14" aa front.
Weakness- The shell is so brittle that it will break on almost any small twig so not the best choice for woodsball. Cost at 70 a case it is near the top in price.
Did break a few in the marker which is a first for my ion. The fill is so thick that if you break a ball in the marker it is hard to clean during play.
Overall I give this paint an 8 out of 10
Still think orange marbz is the best paint made as the fill is almost as thick as the gold but the shell is better for all around play. It also shoots straight as an arrow.
